Nicotine e-liquid in 60ml and 120ml: prices and mixing guide

A 60ml e-liquid with nicotine takes thirty seconds to make: a 50ml bottle at 0mg + 1 nicotine shot of 10ml at 20mg/ml = 60ml at 3.3mg/ml. For the large format it is the same maths, doubled: 100ml + 2 shots = 120ml at 3.3mg/ml. Why start from a 50ml rather than a 60ml that already contains nicotine? Because French 50ml and 100ml e-liquids are sold at 0mg, already diluted and ready to vape, with the flavour dosed to take a shot. How it works: 50ml + 1 shot, 100ml + 2 shots

Our own nicotine shot is the Unicorn Boost: a neutral base with nicotine, in a 10ml bottle at 20mg/ml, so 200mg of nicotine per shot. Pour it into the 0mg liquid, close the cap, shake, and it is ready. The product pages of our 50ml bottles say it plainly, "add a Unicorn Boost to get 60ml at 3mg nicotine", and the 100ml pages say 2 Unicorn Boosts for 120ml.

There is only one formula: number of shots × 200mg ÷ final volume. For 60ml, 200 ÷ 60 = 3.33mg/ml; for 120ml, 400 ÷ 120 = 3.33mg/ml. The product pages round it to "3mg". Which shot to choose

The Unicorn Boost comes in 50/50, 80VG/20PG, 20VG/80PG and as nic salt 50/50. The shot is 10ml out of 60, so it shifts the liquid's ratio a little: a 70/30 with a 50/50 shot becomes about 67/33, with an 80VG/20PG shot it stays around 72/28. Two things stand out. The price per ml depends more on the brand than on the size: Blue Raspberry in 100ml and Dubai Chocolate Bar in 50ml end up at almost the same price per millilitre. And the shot is a small part of the total: €1.50 on a 60ml, €3.00 on a 120ml. All prices in the table are calculated with the standard 20mg/ml shot.

Kiwi is one of the most searched-for fruit flavours, and it holds up well with the shot added. Three options, in both sizes:
