The concept

One flavour = one month. Each recipe is designed to match the season, the celebrations, the mood of the moment. Once the month is over, the flavour becomes a collector's item.

The flavours of the year

• Frangipane de Janvier: a golden galette des rois (kings' cake) filled with a melting almond frangipane.
• Crêpe de Février: a buttery crêpe Suzette topped with a light whipped cream and a touch of crunchy chocolate.
• Beignet de Mars: a soft vanilla doughnut coated in a melting caramel, over a toasted pecan note.
• Œuf d'Avril: a melting milk chocolate Easter egg, lifted by a caramelised hazelnut praline.
• Charlotte de Mai: a generous strawberry charlotte, between soft sponge fingers, sweet cream and juicy strawberry.
• Meringue de Juin: a bright, tangy lemon tart, softened by a light meringue on a buttery shortcrust pastry.
• Melba de Juillet: a peach Melba between melting peach, creamy vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis.
• Tropézienne d'Août: a soft brioche filled with a smooth vanilla cream, inspired by the famous tarte tropézienne.
• Figue de Septembre: a ripe, fleshy fig, coated in a mild honey and lifted by crunchy walnuts.

The rest of the year arrives month after month: every new flavour joins the collection as soon as it is released.
